Lodge 1 is a charming private cottage facing out into glorious open fields with views towards a local hill beauty spot called Cockelroy Hill. It has one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, a living room, kitchen and bathroom. The living room has a fold out z bed to provide accommodation for the 5th guest and a modern television. The fully fitted kitchen has an electric cooker, refrigerator and microwave. All kitchen utensils are provided. The cottage is all electric (by card meter). Heating is provided by panel heaters in all rooms plus under floor heating in the living room. Bed linen and duvets are supplied at no extra cost. A laundry and children’s playhouse is also provided on the park.
Lodge 1 has a small decked area leading to a narrow garden which borders directly onto a field which normally has a few sheep gently grazing. The views from inside and from the garden are joy.
